Graduated in physics from the M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University/Russia (1982), received his Doctorate degree in physics and mathematics from the Karpov Institute of Physical Chemistry/Russia in 1987. Now is a technologist in the Renato Archer Center for Information Technology. Has professional experience in electrical engineeering with an emphasis on development of linear and non-linear integrated circuits based on the SAW technology specializing mostly on the saw sensors, humidity sensors, film deposition using saw and graphene oxide nanofilms.
