Luiz Carlos Zangrande Vieira

I have a B.S. in Pharmacy-Biochemistry and also in Biological Sciences, and a M.S. in Genetics and Molecular Biology, all from USP (University of São Paulo). During my first steps along my career, I developed relevant communicatory skills, giving lectures for teenagers and also for adults. Afterwards, I ve worked for three years and a half as a business advisor, with external and internal activities in the company, such as: prospect for clients, visits, drafting proposals and contracts, participation in congresses and marketing strategy. Then, I ve worked for the last three years and a half as a global pharmacovigilance analyst (worldwide drug safety analyst), processing cases regarding pharmaceutical surveillance (pharmacovigilance), focusing on products related to oncology and women health care. Additionally, I've been assigned to the mentoring activities (training) for newcomers and to provide support for contract research organization (CRO) outsourcing.
