I'm Tatiana Mahalem do Amaral, 47 years old, married with 2 daughtersForestry Engineer and Master in Forestry Resources from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP) emphasis on Economics and Forestry Planning. I have 21 years of experience in the forestry area. I have been working as an independent consultant for 6 years preparing proposals and raising funds for research and innovation projects in the forestry area. I worked on the structuring of the proposal for the RD Program in Silviculture of Native Species aiming to raise funds with the BNDES. I also carried out the management, elaboration, research and development of an innovation project in the area of Forest Information Management, which had the support of FAPESP. Together with a small company (Cliente-Atrium Forest), I developed an App that facilitates research on forestry information in Brazil.I worked as a specialist engineer in the Planning Management of the Brazilian Forestry Service (Ministry of the Environment), my main attributions were: coordination of the team, survey and systematization of information, preparation of the Annual Forest Concession Plans for the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013, preparation of TDRs and monitoring and validation of contracts and consultancy work.I worked as a Sustainability coordinator at Natura Cosméticos and participated in the technical team of Sustainability projects, including projects aimed at accounting for GHG emissions, calculating the environmental table and systematizing indicators for sustainability reports.At Athena Natural Resources Management Systems, I worked in the area of Forest Information Management, participated in the development of projects and implementation of forest management systems, conducting training and mapping processes in large companies in the sector.
