Pedro F Bendassolli

Psychologist (UNESP, 1995-1999). Ph.D in Social Psychology of Work (USP, 2000-2006). Did postdoctoral internships at the Université PARIS IX (Centre de Recherche Management Organisation, 2008-2009), the Psychology Institute of UNB (Department of Social and Work Psychology, 2009-2012), and, currently, at the Centre for Cultural Psychology (Aalborg University, Denmark, 2016-2017). Full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology (WOP) in the Department of Psychology, UFRN, both in graduate and postgraduate levels. In the WOP domain, has experience in investigating psychosocial constructs related to work, specifically meaning-making processes, its determinants, dimensions, and consequences. Develops his research within the Group of Study and Research on Work - GEPET (http://www.gepet.org), of which he is the coordinator.
