Jorge Luiz Joly Penna

Has a degree in Legal Sciences Methodist University of Piracicaba (1997) and Master of Laws from Methodist University of Piracicaba (2003). He is a lawyer duly enrolled in OAB / PR No. 57113 (registration source: Sectional Sao Paulo). It has research in the area of corporate law approved by FAPESP (title of dissertation "The social function of MAINTENANCE OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES IN CRISIS"). Was Professor and Internship Coordinator Center for Legal Practice three (03) institutions: 01) INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY OF BRAZIL - ILES / ULBRA - Campus Santarém, PA (now University Center) from (01.08.2003 to 08.17.2005); 02) UNIVERSITY oF tHE WEST oF ST CATHERINE - UNOESC - Vine Campus, SC (01/08/2005 to 09/12/2008), 03) DON BOSCO COLLEGE - Cornelio Procopio, PR of 01/02/2009 to 26/09/2011), which also implemented the CHAMBER OF MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION.
