Dr. Robson Armindo is a Full Professor at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA) and an active member of the Graduate Programs in Physics (PPGF-UFLA) and Environmental Engineering (PPGEA-UFPR). He has supervised numerous Ph.D., Masters, and undergraduate students, contributing significantly to the academic development in his field. He leads the CNPq research group "Science and Technology for Agricultural Engineering and Biosystems". His primary research expertise lies in food production systems, with a focus on crop, soil, and water modeling. His published research spans topics including soil physics, hydraulics and precision irrigation, and environmental modeling, with applications in both agricultural and environmental engineering.
