She was an international consultant of the World Food Programme (WFP) of the United Nations (UN) in Nicaragua and Haiti. Currently is regional consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the UN. It has experience in the fields of food and nutrition in public health, acting on the following areas: nutrition and school, food and nutrition security, food and nutrition education, promotion of healthy eating.
