Thiago Rodrigues Leite

Graduated in Full Degree in Geography from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar campus Sorocaba) and Master in Human Geography from the Postgraduate Program in Human Geography at the University of São Paulo (USP).He was a Volunteer Professor at the Popular GERABIXO course at UNESP Sorocaba between 2010 and 2012, also working in the State Education network in the same year. Since then, he has worked at technical, secondary and preparatory courses. During his work at the ETEC Sales Gomes technical school, he gained experience coordinating courses, leading the internal activities of the Environmental Technician course. In higher education, he obtained teaching experience during supervised internships in the subjects of Human, General and Brazilian Geography, at the University of São Paulo (2015) and in the subject of Philosophy and Epistemology of Geography, at the Federal University of Paraná. He has been carrying out scientific research since 2010, obtaining funding from the institutions CNPq, FAPESP and CAPES.In research, he has already developed work on human geography and is currently developing texts on the epistemology of geographic thought. Between 2015 and 2018 he carried out his master's thesis in human geography on the theme of Urban Transformations in the Southeast Axis of Sorocaba, the research was supervised by Prof. Dr. Francisco Capuano Scarlato, the research was funded by CNPq (National Center for Research and Development).He is currently developing a doctoral research project in geography at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), working on the theme of man's displacement in the universe as an epistemological challenge for geography, under the guidance of professor Dr. Francisco Mendonça.
