Postdoctoral researcher at the Weierstrass Institute for Applied Analysis and Stochastics (WIAS) in Berlin, Germany, working in the areas of partial differential equations (PDEs), control theory, PDE-constrained optimization, and generalized Nash equilibrium problems. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Memphis, United States, where he conducted research in nonlinear acoustics under the supervision of Irena Lasiecka and Roberto Triggiani. He also holds a masters and a licentiate degree in Mathematics from the Institute of Biosciences, Languages and Exact Sciences at the São Paulo State University (IBILCE/UNESP), with a focus on functional analysis and differential operators. He collaborates with research groups in the United States, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and Brazil, and takes part in large-scale research initiatives such as Math+ and SFB-TRR 154. He has research experience in applied mathematics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and at Argonne National Laboratory, and has taught in higher education in the United States, including participation in academic training and mentoring programs.
