Consultant and Business Strategy Lawyer, with experience in Corporate Governance, Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Banking and Payment Systems, Commercial Contracts and Real Estate Transactions. Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo, with a sandwich period at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, through Academic Merit Scholarship - USP. Completed the Economic Analysis of Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts IV SILE program at the Coase-Sandor Institute of Law & Economics at the University of Chicago and developed his graduate studies, master's level, in Commercial Law at the University of São Paulo. He is currently a Researcher and PhD Candidate at the University of Hamburg with funding from Albrecht Mendelssohn Bartholdy Graduate School of Law under the supervision of the Law & Economics chair at the Institut für Recht und Ökonomik. Coach of the Center for Abitration and Mediation at the University of São Paulo - Ribeirão Preto Law School (NUCAM USP RP). Lucas works in strategic consultancy for new business development, structuring corporate and commercial operations and dispute resolution, with experience in domestic and international arbitration and administrative and punitive proceedings before the Brazilian central bank (financial system authorities) and securities exchange commission.
