Mayra Mioto Mataruco

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Institute of Biosciences, Letters and Exact Sciences of the Paulista State University - UNESP, São José do Rio Preto-SP. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis on Genetics and Biochemistry, from the same institution, with a Scientific Initiation internship in Microbiology Applied to Food at the São José do Rio Preto School of Medicine, FAMERP. In May 2015, she completed her Master's degree in the Postgraduate Program in Microbiology at the Paulista State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP, São José do Rio Preto-SP, developing studies on bacterial resistance. She also has experience in molecular typing of Salmonella Senftenberg and Acinetobacter baumannii by ERIC-PCR, REP-PCR and PFGE, performing cluster analysis using the BioNumerics software. She worked professionally at the Faculty of Medicine of São José do Rio Preto as a Scientific Academic Service Analyst from 2014 to 2017. She worked at the Federal University of São Carlos as a Technical-Administrative Server, performing the function of Laboratory Technician in the Department of Botany - DB. Currently, she works at the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) - Barretos in the Agricultural Unit performing the function of Laboratory Technician in the Food area. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
