Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná (2008), a Master's degree in Microbiology, Parasitology, and Pathology from the Federal University of Paraná (2011), and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Microbiology) from the University of São Paulo (2015). Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in microbiology with a focus on genomics and bioinformatics applied to fungal phytopathology, in collaboration between the University of São Paulo and the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland (2019). Worked as a lecturer in 2015, contributing to teaching activities in the field of biology. From 2020 to 2024, served as a scientific research collaborator at the Laboratory of Evolutionary Genetics at the University of Neuchâtel.Has experience in evolutionary microbiology, with emphasis on the adaptation of phytopathogenic fungi, characterization of their secondary metabolites, and study of mycotoxins. Her main research interests include functional genomics, bioinformatics, mycotoxins, and the development of strategies to mitigate diseases in agricultural crops. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
