PhD in History from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2021). Undertook a short-term internship in archives of Portuguese institutions through the specific aid program of Casa de Velázquez Écoles françaises à l'étranger (2018), during which she also served as a visiting researcher at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Lisbon. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of São Paulo (USP) with a FAPESP scholarship (process number: 2022/06767-0) and a visiting postdoctoral researcher at the University of Lisbon with a BEPE/FAPESP scholarship (process number: 2023/02477-0). She is a member of the Technology and Science Progress Study Group (GEPTEC-USP) and a member of the British Society for the History of Pharmacy, the International Society for the History of Pharmacy, and the British Society for the History of Medicine. She is the author of the book The Institutionalization of Brazilian Pharmacy: Rio de Janeiro and Bahia (1808-1891) (FIOCRUZ Publishing) and of articles and source editions on pharmacy. She has experience in the field of Brazilian History, with an emphasis on 19th-century Brazilian History, focusing mainly on Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Medications, Pharmacopeias, and the 18th and 19th centuries.
