Jaqueline F. Natal is a Short Term Consultant at the Early Childhood Development Action Network (ECDAN), co-founder of the Rede Primeira Infância Brasil (currently, the Early Childhood Community of Practice of the InovaGov Network) and was a Fellow of the ECDAN knowledge program (ECDAN, 2022) . Her experience ranges from guiding Brazilian municipalities in expanding access to quality and equitable early childhood education to researching the early childhood agenda, focusing on the quality and financing of early childhood education. Jaqueline has five years of research experience at the Laboratory of Studies and Research in Social Economy (LEPES) at the University of São Paulo (USP/RP) working on the Early Childhood agenda. In addition, she was coordinator and manager of the Early Childhood Education Quality Monitoring System for the city of Boa Vista (RR), a pilot project of the Early Childhood Education Observatory, working with a multidisciplinary group such as public policy makers, psychologists, economists , developers and education professionals. Jaqueline is also co-author of the study Cost of Inaction in Early Childhood Programs for Brazil commissioned by ECDAN and has presented her work to various audiences, including national authorities and UNICEF. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the University of São Paulo. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
