She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) (2012), as well as a Master's and Ph.D. in Nursing from the same institution, with a focus on the Research Line: The Process of Care in Health and Nursing. She worked as a clinical and surgical nurse (20142017), in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (20172019), and in Primary Health Care during the COVID-19 pandemic (20202021). Currently, she is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing at the Botucatu Medical School UNESP, engaging in teaching, research, outreach, and management activities. She teaches courses on Critical Care and Pediatric Nursing and coordinates the Uniprofessional Residency Program in Nursing in Critical Care. Her expertise lies in Nursing, with a focus on the following topics: critical care, neonatal nursing, pediatric nursing, patient safety, health information systems, and the nursing process.
