Regina Madalozzo holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2002) and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Anhembi Morumbi University (2024). She has a master's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1998) and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Puc-Rio (1995). She worked for almost two decades as a professor and academic researcher. Currently, she is continuing her research in feminist economics as an associate of GeFam (Group of Studies in Family and Gender Economics) and working as a clinical psychologist in her private clinic.
