She graduated in Medicine in 1998 from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu - UNESP. She held a Medical Residency in Cardiology at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu-UNESP (1999-2002). She completed her PhD in 2007 in Pathophysiology in Internal Medicine-Cardiology from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu-UNESP. She completed her PhD in 2022. She is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Internal Medicine (Discipline of Cardiology) at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu-UNESP. She is a professor and advisor at the Graduate Program in Pathophysiology in Internal Medicine and at the Graduate Program in Medicine, at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu-UNESP. She participates in the Coordination of the Graduate Medicine Program, from 2017 to 2021 (Vice-Coordinator) and from 2021-current (Coordinator). She works in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Cardiology and Echocardiography. Acting mainly on the following topics: Doppler-echocardiography, cardiac remodeling, pregnancy, arterial hypertension. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
