Carolina Yukari Veludo Watanabe

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computing (2006), a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (2007), a Master's degree (2007), and a PhD (2013) in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics from the University of São Paulo. She completed her Post-Doctorate in Business Administration at the School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV) in 2020. She is currently an Associate Professor III in the Department of Computer Science at the Federal University of Rondônia. In the area of #8203;#8203;Computing, she works in the areas of #8203;#8203;computer vision, digital image processing, and machine learning. In the area of #8203;#8203;Applied and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, she studies the impacts of using ICTs on business, social, economic relations, and decision-making processes.
