He holds a Bachelor's degree and a teaching degree in Biological Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2010). They earned a Master's degree in Zoology from UFRJ, National Museum, where they conducted research on dinosaurs in the Department of Geology and Paleontology (DGP), Paleovertebrates Sector, and the Digital Image Processing Laboratory (LAPID) (2010-2012). During the master's program, they focused on the biomechanics of Saturnalia tupiniquim (Dinosauria: Sauropodomorpha) using 3D technologies. They obtained a Ph.D. in Sciences from the Zoology Museum of USP in the Paleontology Laboratory (2012-2016). Throughout the Ph.D., their work involved the evolution of Theropoda (Dinosauria: Saurischia) with an emphasis on the Ceratosauria and Tyrannosauroidea clades, utilizing geometric morphometrics and comparative morphological analyses. After completing the Ph.D., they worked as a visiting researcher at Trinity College Dublin, in the Department of Zoology, and as a demonstrator (equivalent to assistant professor) at Trinity College Dublin and National University of Ireland Maynooth for the Science course in Ireland. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a postdoctoral researcher at the State University of Campinas, conducting research on the taxonomic and taphonomic characterization of theropod dinosaur teeth from the Bauru Group. They are currently a postdoctoral researcher funded by FAPESP at the Paleontology Laboratory of the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto (2022-20XX) and are currently undertaking a postdoctoral internship as an associated researcher at the Bayerische Staatssammlung für Paläontologie und Geologie in Munich, Germany. Their research focuses on the evolution, morphology, biogeography, and development of archosaurs.Link to Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=pRmY7AQAAAAJhl=pt-BRLink to ORCID ID: orcid.org/0000-0002-1108-4188 (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
