Lívia Peres Milani is a post-docotral fellow at the Gradute Program in Human Rights at Universidade Tiradentes. She holds a doctorate and a master's degree in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program in International Relations (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP) and a bachelor's degree from UNESP. She conducted post-doctoral research linked to the Capes Print project - Development, International Politics and Peace Network (DIPP) at the Institute of Public Policies and International Relations (IPPRI) at UNESP between 2021 and 2023. She was a visiting researcher at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., holding a scholarship (BEPE) from FAPESP between September 2018 and May 2019. She worked as a Substitute Professor at the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) between 2019 and 2020, and at Unesp, in 2017. She is a researcher at the Defense and International Security Study Group (GEDES/UNESP) and at the National Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the United States (INCT-INEU).
