Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the Federal University of São Carlos (2010), with a Master's degree (2012) and Doctorate (2015) in Public Health in the line of Quantitative Methods from the Department of Social Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo (USP). At the moment, she is an adjunct professor and researcher at the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Cornélio Procópio campus. She is the mother of a son born in 2008 and is active in the cause of women in science. She works as Associate Editor of the Journal of Epidemiology and Health Services - A Revista do SUS. She is an Accredited Professor in the Graduate Program in Bioinformatics at UTFPR-CP. Technical Consultant for the Ministry of Health in the Program for Strengthening Epidemiology in Health Services (PROFEPI) in specialized training courses. Health data and statistics scientist, with emphasis and experience in applied statistics and biostatistics, mainly in the following topics: applied statistics in public health/health surveillance/epidemiology, regression models, time series analysis, quantitative methods in health, standards space-time, bigdata in public health, automatic classification, machine learning, spatial statistics and Bayesian inference.
