Silvia Renata Siciliano Wilcken

I have a degree in Agronomy from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1987), a master's degree in Entomology from the University of São Paulo (1990), a PhD in Entomology from the University of São Paulo (1997) and a postgraduate degree in Agricultural Nematology from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Measquita Filho", where I work as Associate Professor. At this institution I am responsible for the area of Agricultural Nematology, teaching the Agricultural Nematology discipline in the undergraduate course in Agronomy and in the Postgraduate Program in Agronomy - Plant Health. I work mainly on the following topics: plant resistance to different species of phytoparasitic nematodes, control of phytoparasitic nematodes and biological control of pests with entomopathogenic nematodes.
