Associate Professor IV and Full Professor at the Department of Biosciences at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), Baixada Santista Campus (2006-present). He is currently Head of the Department of Biosciences at UNIFESP (2020-2023). Coordinated the Research and Postgraduate Chamber. He also coordinated the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program in Health Sciences for two consecutive terms. He is the professor responsible for the discipline of General Pathology for the undergraduate courses in Physical Education, Physiotherapy and Nutrition, Psychology and Occupational Therapy at UNIFESP.
