Danilo S. Almeida was student of the program of Ph.D. degree in Agronomy/Agriculture, at the College of Agricultural Science in the São Paulo State University (FCA/UNESP), acting in the area of soil fertility. During the Masters degree and PhD, was visiting researcher in the Oklahoma State University and Lancaster University, respectively, with support provided by São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). Graduated in Agronomic Engineering at the "Luiz de Queiroz" College of Agriculture in the University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP), has professional formation in the area of Crop Production. Danilo Almeida did internships during the graduation with rural extension, research and breeding of soybean, and seed production of soybean and cotton. After graduation, worked in the seed production section of the Unisoja S/A, producing seeds for the TMG (Tropical Melhoramento & Genética) and Fundação MT (Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa Agropecuária de Mato Grosso).
