Bachelor (1992) and BA (1995) in Physics at the University of Campinas, Master in Physics at the University of Campinas (1995) and Doctor of Sciences at the University of Campinas (2000). Was posdoc at the Università degli Studi di Torino in Italy (2000-2001) and at the University of Campinas (2001-2004). Was professor at the University of Southwest Bahia (2004-2006). He is currently a professor at the Federal University of ABC (2006-present). He was director of the Center for Natural Science and Humanities (2008-2009). Has experience and published works in the area of High Energy Physics, with emphasis on Cosmic Rays and Astroparticles.
