Currently is Associate Professor 3- MS 5 of the University of São Paulo - (FMRP-USP) and acts as coordinator of the Medicine Course (CoC), Vice-President of the Undergraduate Committee of the FMRP-USP and Substitute Head of the Department of Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery and Phonoaudiology of FMRP-USP. Has experience in the area of medicine, with emphasis on clinical and otorhinolaryngologic surgery and basic research in Otorhinolaryngology, acting in research, mainly in the following themes: ototoxicity of the aminoglycosides, chemotherapeutic agents and salicylate, Otoprotectors, Cochlear Implant and other implantable auditory prosthesis devices, tympanoplasties, latex membrane and materials in middle ear implantable,hearing electrophysiology, otoneurology and balance. Clinical and Surgical actuation in Otology, cochlear implant, Otoneurology and general otorhinolaryngology in adult and child.
