Graduation in Speech-Language Pathology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP) (1995), Master of Science (Experimental Physiopathology) from FMUSP (2000) and Doctor of Science (Experimental Physiopathology) from FMUSP (2005). Associate Professor at FMUSP (2017). She is currently an associate professor of the Speech Therapy Course at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo. She works in the field of audiology, focusing on the prevention of hearing loss. She is currently developing research in the area of noise, teleaudiometry, hidden hearing loss and objective measures for the non-auditory effects of noise. She advises undergraduate, multi-professional residency, master's and doctoral students, with and without scholarships. She holds a research productivity grant from CNPq (Level 1-D).
