A master's degree in sociology from the State University of Campinas (1998) and PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (2005). She holds a post-doctorate in Political Science from USP in 2006. She is currently Associate Professor 2 of the Department of Social Sciences (DCSo) and the Graduate Program in Political Science (PPGPOL) at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). She acts in the area of Political Science, focusing articles and research on the following subjects: Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and Decisional Process. Currently, she coordinates the research project titled "Presidential Legislative Agenda in the FHC Government" and integrates the "Research, Data Analysis and Political Documentation Laboratory" (DATAPOL).
