Gabriel Inacio de Morais Honorato de Souza

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (2007), master's degree in Biotechnology Applied to Health from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (2009) and Ph.D. in Science (nutrition physiology) from the Federal University of São Paulo (2013). He was a visiting associate professor at the Federal University of São Paulo from 2017 to 2019. He was part of the faculty of the Anhembi Morumbi University at the School of Health Sciences. He has experience in the field of Physiology and Immunometabolism, with an emphasis on Lipid Metabolism, working mainly on the following topics: metabolism of fatty acids in adipose tissue, muscle and liver associated with nonpharmacological therapies (nutraceuticals).
