Professor Francisco Trivinho-Strixino's expertise lies in electrochemical materials, with a particular focus on plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) films, nanostructured films (LbL), anodic doping, aluminum, zirconium, titanium anodization, metal electrodeposition, nanoporous anodic alumina (NAA), TiO2 nanotubes (TiO2-NTs), conductive polymers, and polyaniline. He graduated in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos in 2001. At the same university, he later completed his Master's Degree in Physical Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Sciences with a major in Chemical Physics. With over 40 scientific papers and two book chapters published, Professor Trivinho-Strixino has been cited almost 900 times (index H: 13) for his research. He has held several important positions, including vice head of the Department of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics (DFQM-UFSCar4 and director of the Materials Science Program at Sorocaba UFSCAR (PPGCM-So). From 2019 to 2021, he served as the executive secretary of The Brazilian Electrochemical and Electroanalytical Society (SBEE). Recently, Professor Trivinho-Strixino supervised the MBI UFSCar - Master in Business Innovation course of UFSCar - Sorocaba, where he leads a specialized practice focused on achieving systemic transformation within corporations and addressing complex interdependent issues such as environmental concerns, leadership, entrepreneurship, and self-innovation.
