Conducted a Post-doctoral Research (2014-2017) at Instituto de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Federal de São Paulo, ICT-UNIFESP, working with polymer processing by electrospinning and thermal treatment for producing high yield carbon mats. Has experience in the areas of polymer processing; RF and microwave plasma processing for surface modification of non-metallic materials; physical, chemical and surface characterization techniques; thermal oxidation and carbonization processing of polymers to produce high yield carbon based materials.
