Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1994), a Master's in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo in São Carlos (1997), a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo in São Carlos (2002), and a postdoctoral degree in Computing from George Washington University (2016). Currently serves as an Associate Professor (MS3, level 2) under a full-time teaching and research contract at the University of São Paulo. Has experience in Computer Science, with an emphasis on Performance Evaluation, working primarily in the following areas: Performance Evaluation, Simulation, Computer Architecture (ARM and RISC-V architectures), Code Optimization, Parallel Computing, Cloud Computing, and Teaching-Learning Processes in Higher Education in Computing.
