Biologist with a Masters and Ph.D. in Biological Sciences Genetics from the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu UNESP. Currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). His research focuses on animal genetics, molecular ecology, evolution, and conservation, with a particular emphasis on marine organisms.
