Graduated in Economic Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1997), with a master's degree in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (2000), a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (2005), and a 1-year internship as a visiting researcher at Yale University (2003). He was a visiting professor at the Department of Political Science at the University of Brasília, between 2015 and 2017, and a collaborating professor until 2020. He has experience in the area of Political Science, with an emphasis on Comparative Politics, Political Institutions and Public Policies, working mainly on the following topics: Executive-Legislative relations, comparative politics, representation of interests, institutions and economic development. In recent years, they have been dedicating themselves to research and teaching in the areas of interest organization, public policy, the political system and economic development.
