Miguel Ángel Aires Borrás

He holds a bachelor's degree in Agroindustrial Production Engineering (1997), a master's degree in Production Engineering (2000), and a doctorate in Production Engineering (2005) with a doctoral internship at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) in Spain from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Currently, he is a Full Professor at UFSCar in the Sorocaba Production Engineering Department (DEP-So). His experience in Production Engineering includes working mainly in quality engineering, quality coordination in production chains, system dynamics analysis, product development, and assistive technology, and engineering education. He leads the Participatory Research and Development of Technology Group (PRDG) based at UFSCar's Sorocaba campus.
