Luiz Gonzaga Rios Filho

Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1981). Has experience in Aerospace Engineering, with emphasis on Aerodynamics of Space Aircraft, acting on the following subjects: image analysis, curvature, vision, fourier transform and neuromorphology. Operates in the wind sector since 2003 in the preparation of Atlas of Wind Power, Survey of Wind Potential, Analysis of Wind Farms. Participates in R&D teams in batteries and metallic structures. Participated in FINEP project for the development of Innovative Tower for Wind Turbines. Participated in the process of research, development and obtaining patents with the INPI and WIPO for: energy extraction from zero point, metal towers with thin-walled tubes, lattice towers with uniform moment profiles, biconic towers, triconic towers for loads of large masses, hybrid towers for wind turbines, coaxial connection for truss bars, integrated control system in real time.
