With over 25 years of experience in Research and Development within Chemistry and Materials Sciences, including 11 years of successfully coordinating research laboratories, I bring a wealth of expertise to the field. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Physical-Chemistry, my specialization spans diverse areas such as Chemistry, Materials Science, Corrosion, and Nanotechnology.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong proficiency in laboratory operations, scientific and technical support, inventory management, laboratory safety, and the development of research projects. My role has consistently involved driving laboratory safety practices, coordinating operational policies, and providing technical support to ensure optimal equipment functionality. Furthermore, my background as a researcher, combined with didactic experience and coordination of research projects, has enabled me to mentor and guide students and researchers from varied cultures, backgrounds, interests, professional and personal perspectives. In summary, my career journey has been marked by a deep sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, witnessing the impact of knowledge transfer and experiential learning on students and peers alike. I remain committed to fostering a culture of growth and innovation, both professionally and personally, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in advancing research and development initiatives.
