Dr. Camila Höfling is Associate Professor in the English language and literature program area in the Department of Languages at Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), São Paulo state, Brazil. Her research in applied linguistics focuses on issues related to teaching and learning English as a foreign language (EFL, TESOL, EAP and ESP), including the role of English as a medium of instruction (EMI) and Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in specific contexts, teacher education, language policies in HE institutions aiming the internationalization, and lexical studies (pedagogical lexicography). She served as coordinator of the undergraduate major in Languages for four years (2009-2010; 2018-2019) and as the head of the Office of International Relations (2013-2016).
