Adilson Marques - graduated in Geography, respectively, from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences at USP (1992) and from the Faculty of Education at USP (1993); Master in Education by the Faculty of Education at USP (1996), in the thematic area of Community and Multicultural Education, carrying out the research environmental education, memory and topophilia: a preliminary research and PhD in Education by the Faculty of Education at USP (2003), in the thematic area Anthropology of Organizations and Education, carrying out the research on adult and elderly education called our memories more people may live here: sociagogy of (re) involvement and cultural animation . Between May 2015 and November 2016, he did a postdoctoral internship at UFSCar, in the Teaching Methodology Department, in the line of research Social Practices and Educational Processes, presenting the report The practice of integrative meditation in old age: a study on Popular Education in Health and Spirituality , studying the effects of integrative meditation in the elderly, particularly, with a group formed by mediums working in spiritist centers, umbanda terreiros, and also in a secular or independent way. Still at UFSCar, between March 2016 and March 2017, he served as a visiting professor, being responsible for the disciplines: Education and Health , Research in Education and General Didactics , working with students of Biology courses , Physics, Nursing, Gerontology and others. He also has experience as a cultural animator, working at SESC, in various units, between 1996 and 1998, and with private higher education (1998-2000) at SENAC and other educational institutions. He conceived and coordinated the Homospiritualis Program (created in September 1999 and ended in December 2016), which was maintained by the NGO Círculo de São Francisco (ONGCSF) and whose objective was to promote the culture of peace and the integral health of the community, and to value religious diversity through socio-educational and cultural projects. The ONGCSF worldview is based on the anthropolitical proposal of human (re) involvement, originally proposed in the doctoral research defended in 2003 at USP, by Adilson Marques. In São Carlos he was a member of the Municipal Council for the Elderly and is currently an educator at the São Carlos Educational Foundation (FESC), where he joined in August 2003 and works in the thematic area Culture and Memory, organizing courses and workshops such as memory and history of lives , health education , literary creation workshop , Esperanto , citizenship and old age , among others. Based on this experience, he edited 3 books: cultural action in old age (2010), cultural action in old age - volume 2 (2017) and the art of aging with integral health and inner peace (2012) Since 2014 he participates in the extension and research activities of MAPEPS (Project to map popular health education practices) at UFSCar. He is the author of 36 books addressing spiritualist themes, human and imaginary aging and 6 children and adolescents, with emphasis on the book Rede da Esperança, distributed free of charge to 1,500 children through a socio-educational project that bears the same name as the book. In 2015 he received an honorable mention from the Municipality of São Carlos for the project Integrative Meditations and, in 2018, he had the book The practice of integrative meditation in old age published in the collection of books on popular health education, from the project VEPUPSUS in partnership with the Ministry da Saúde. Also received an honorable motion, in 2018, for the Cultural Action, Imaginary and Urban Mobility project. He was coordinator of the research carried out by the former center of studies and cooperative and peace experiences, embryo of the NGO Círculo de São Francisco, which systematized, between 2001 and 2003, the Integrative Vibrational Therapy (TVI), a complementary treatment.
