Marcel Okamoto Tanaka

Has a Bachelor in Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1993), Master in Ecology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1997) and Doctorate in Ecology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2000). He was coordinator of the Bachelor in Environmental Analysis and Management (2009-2013) and of PPGCAm - Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences (2013-2017, 2019-2021) at the Federal University of São Carlos. Presently is teacher from the Departament of Environmental Sciences (DCAm) and permanent professor of the Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences. Has experience in Ecology,acting on the following subjects: Community structure, Ecosystem functioning, and Envronmental monitoring. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
