Renata Cristina Favalli

graduated in Mathematics at Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André (1993). She's obtained her master degree in physics from Universidade de São Paulo (1997) and her Ph.D. in Sciences and nuclear technology from Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares - IPEN (2002). Renata worked as a reserach fellow for the year of 2004 at Imperial College, London. Since 2007, she is a CFD consultant at IPEN and at Enfil S/A. Her work interests are on computational fluid dynamics of envirornmental systems, and she's developed simulation projects for plasma torches, spray dryers of ceramic slurries, electrostatic precipitators and flue gas desulphurization.
