Ivan Pereira de Souza

Graduated in Letters Degree - Portuguese / Spanish from the Federal University of São Carlos (2004), Master in Letters (Philology and Portuguese Language) from the University of São Paulo (2007) and PhD in Translation Studies from the Federal University of Santa Catarina ( 2020). He is currently an Adjunct Class C Professor at the Faculty of Arts of the Federal University of Pará, Campus de Castanhal. He has experience in the area of linguistic theory: Lexicography and Terminology; Linguistics and language teaching and learning, with an emphasis on Portuguese and Spanish, acting mainly on the following themes: Lexicography and Brazilian Portuguese Terminology; Teacher training; Teaching and Learning Spanish as a Foreign Language to Brazilians and Translation Studies.
