Graduated from FMVZ UNESP - Botucatu at the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1996), MBA in Environmental Management and Technology at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli -USP). More than 25 years of experience in Production Veterinary Medicine, with an emphasis on Management, Sustainability and Organic Production. Twenty years of experience in designing sustainable food production systems with expertise in the areas of Biomass, energy, waste reuse, greenhouse gas emissions market and low carbon agriculture. Dez anos operates in the organic mushroom agroindustry as Operational Manager of the company - Cogumelos Brazilis - responsible for the implementation of the entire project as well as product development, outsourced production networks and equipment maintenance, support, also developed the network of suppliers and customers besides being the operation manager. Since 1990, he has been working at the family company Sitio Guainumby, where he pioneered several innovative technologies, culminating more recently in the implementation of confinement (Compost Barn) and the establishment of artisanal cheese production, with an emphasis on cheeses with fungi (in Implantation).
