Formally, I hold a stricto sensu master's degree in mechanical and aeronautical engineering from ITA, completed in 2003. I have a second bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Anhembi Morumbi, completed in 2023. In 2012, I completed the CENSUB course - Submarine Engineering Training Course, by UP Petrobras, currently in the process of being recognized as a postgraduate course by the MEC. I hold a bachelor's degree in materials production engineering from UFSCar, completed in 2001. I am a mechanical technician graduated from ETEP in 1995.Currently, I work at Petrobras SA since 2011 as an equipment engineer in the area of structural integrity of static equipment regarding fatigue failure due to vibration, aiming to ensure operational continuity safely and profitably for assets such as UN-BUZ UN-BS, UTGCa, UTGC, UTGCab, UTGSUL, RPBC, REPLAN, REVAP, and REFAP. For these assets, I have been providing consulting and technical services in pipe and static equipment vibration discipline since 2011, contributing to ensuring the structural integrity of the equipment, enabling safe and profitable operational continuity.I collaborate to analyze/implement/validate new practices/standards/technologies/software to solve static equipment vibration problems and assist/structure/validate SPIE in field inspections, highlighting: pilot implementation of viscoelastic vibration neutralizers (new technology); ride-along supports with polymeric clips to prevent crevice corrosion (issued standard); cold-mounted circumferential stiffeners for shell vibration control (new technology); vibration monitoring with Ranger Pro Tethering wireless sensors (new technology); video vibrometry using Vitek/RDI IRIS M and MX (new technology); acquisition of Scout 240 vibration meters (practice); structuring of S1 and Remote Comms collection database (database); evaluations/updates of finite element software such as Ansys Mechanical (software) and Altair SimSolid (software). When I worked at CENPES - Petrobras Research Center, I was able to contribute to the development/delivery/mapping of new RD opportunities in the static equipment vibration area for the following research projects:- Acceptance criteria for static equipment vibration (technical specification);- Viscoelastic vibration neutralizers (neutralizer project ET);- Viscoelastic vibration neutralizers - PHASE 2;- BR-FORÇA - Software for dynamic load estimation;- Full wireless system for static equipment condition monitoring;- Essential variable measurement systems;- Portable non-contact vibration measurement system for application in industrial units with non-inertial floors;- Increased reliability in VRUs;At ELEB - EMBRAER Equipamentos Ltda - Brazil, and EMBRAER SA, I worked from 2002 to 2011 as a product development engineer, and I can highlight the following contributions:- Focal point responsible for the analysis of the KC-390 aircraft landing gear in the area of structural and performance analysis. In this discipline, I highlight participation in various programs: Embraer 145-XR, Legacy, E-Jets 170/190, Phenom 100/300; ACAC ARJ21; Sikorsky S-92, H-92, CH53 (quotation);- Researched and developed methodologies, procedures, and calculation tools used by the group for structural calculation, in Finite Elements and analytical methods;- Acted as substitute supervisor. Provided support to the test laboratory. Assisted in product certification and qualification, both structural and performance. Provided support to the production line through engineering analysis of non-conforming parts. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
