Graduated from the University of Brasilia (1971) and PhD in Economics and Mineral Resource Management from the Geosciences Institute of UNICAMP (2000). He is currently Director of Technological Innovation at the Ceará Industrial Technology Foundation Foundation - NUTEC (2019). Former President - GF Consultoria e Representacao Ltda.
