PhD in Urban and Regional Planning at Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, University of São Paulo (2018), Master Degree (2005) in Habitat and graduation at the same faculty. Earlier lecture at the Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning of FIAM FAAM Centro Universitário, São Paulo (2011-2013). Since 2009, works at the State of São Paulo Infraestructure and Environment Secretariat, with formulation and implementation of policies and instruments for territorial and environmental planning, such as Ecological and Economic Zoning. Postdoctoral research by the Centro de Síntese USP Cidades Globais, Instituto de Estudos Avançados da Universidade de São Paulo (IEA/USP).
