Professor of the Plastic Surgery Division, Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo, Brazil (FMRP-USP) since 2015. Postdoctoral degree from the University of São Paulo Medical School (2014-2016). Doctorate by the Postgraduate Program in Surgery from the University of São Paulo Medical School (2010-2014). Full Member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP/2012). Board Certification in Plastic Surgery (2010). Full Member of the Brazilian Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery (SBMR/2009), Adjunct Member of the Brazilian College of Surgeons (CBC/2006) and Member of the Brazilian Society of Burns (SBQ/2025). Residency Program in Plastic Surgery, University of São Paulo Medical School (2007-2010), with stages at Harvard University (2009) and Yale University (2009). Residency Program in General Surgery, University of São Paulo Medical School (2004-2006). Graduation in Medicine from the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo (FMRP-USP/1998-2003). Since 2017, he has been Advisor of the Postgraduate Program in Surgery from the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo. He maintains constant scientific activity, having published 1 book, more than 60 articles in indexed magazines and 17 chapters of national and international books. He is an advisor to the São Paulo State Research Support Foundation (FAPESP) Amazon Research Support Foundation (FAPESPA). He has been Coeditor of the Brazilian Journal of Burns since 2025. He was Editor of Plastiko's magazine from Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (2018-2023). He acts as Scientific Reviewer of more than 50 indexed journals with international circulation. Throughout his career, he has been awarded more than 25 scientific awards and academic honors. He has experience in a wide field of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. In Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, emphasis on breast plastic (augmentation mastoplasty with prosthesis, reduction mastoplasty, mastopexy), liposuction and liposculpture, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, rhytidoplasty (facial lifting), post-bariatric plastic surgery, otoplasty, gynecomastia, gluteoplasty, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and biostimulators), among others. In Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, emphasis on skin cancer treatment, reconstructive microsurgery, reconstruction in oncology and trauma, treatment of buns and complex wounds with new technologies (vacuum therapy, dermal matrices and modern dressings), reparative surgery in the head and neck, trunk and members, among others.
