He holds a degree in Cartographic Engineering (2001) and a Master's degree in Cartographic Sciences (2004) from São Paulo State University (UNESP); He obtained a degree in Executive MBA in Marketing (2014) from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He has worked professionally in several segments with applications of Geosciences: Improvement of Bathing and Potability of Surface Water Sources; In the Electric Energy Sector, he worked on projects of transmission, distribution and detection of consumer fraud; Precision Agriculture; Urban Afforestation; Monitoring of Clandestine Occupations; Transmission and Distribution of Piped Gas; Fleet Monitoring; Documentation for Management of Coastal Areas; Geomarketing; Transmission and Distribution of Drinking Water, as well as Collection and Treatment of Domestic Sewage; Storm Drainage; Urban Planning and Inspection of Outsourced Road Works with a Focus on Urban Relief Regulated by Law; Environmental Monitoring of Hill Slopes. He has worked with Spatial Information: Coming from Metric Surveys (Underground and Underwater Sensors, Terrestrial, Airborne and Orbital), Collected by Reambulation, Obtained by Service Providers, Acquired by Public Institutes and Made Available by the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (INDE). In Geosciences, his work has Emphasis on the Development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for Collection, Representation, Treatment, Storage and Retrieval of Spatial Information Stored in Geographic Databases for Representation via the Internet on Desktop and Mobile Computing Devices for the Purposes of Measurement, Analysis, Documentation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Forecasting and Decision Making.
