- Research Grants
Graduated at the Curso de Ciências Moleculares from the University of São Paulo, Brazil (2001), obtained a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of São Paulo, Brazil (2007) and was a postdoc in the University of Hamburg, Germany (2007-2009). Currently an Adjoint Professor at the Center of Mathematics, Computation and Cognition of the Federal Unversity of the ABC, and a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Has experience in Physics, focusing on General Theory of Particles and Fields, acting on the following subjects: General Relativity, Global Lorentzian Geometry, Algebraic Quantum Field Theory on Curved Spacetimes and Classical Field Theory. We seek to address the problem of constructing realistic quantum field theoretical models as a formal deformation quantization of the corresponding classical field theories, based on the algebraic formulation for classical field theory put forward in the ongoing series of papers by the visitor, Prof. Klaus Fredenhagen (University of Hamburg, Germany) and the host in the case of real sca...
