Syllene Nunes

Graduated in Medicine by the University of São Paulo (1983), Master in Surgery and Experimentation at the Federal University of São Paulo (1996), PhD in Surgery and Experimentation at the Federal University of São Paulo (2000) and Postdoctoral Fellow in Surgery and Surgical Technique with emphasis on experimental subcellular effects of the laser, the University of São Paulo (2003). In addition to the Research and Innovation, has a strong presence in the administrative area, having been improved in several management courses such as Economics of FIFE (2009). Has Specialist in General Surgery by MEC and Specialist in Plastic Surgery by the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery. He was a Fellow of the University of Miami School of Medicine (Prof. D. Ralph Millard Jr.) and Visitor's Culture of Keratinocytes Laboratory at Harvard University (Prof., Elof Erickson and Howard Green). Current member of the Health of Brazil Canada Chamber of Commerce and member of the Brazil Canada Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology (2011). She is a member of the International Health Economics Association (iHEA) and Fellow of International College of Health Surgeons.Administrative experience in public and private health, having been Managing Director of the Hospital Santa Isabel of Santa Casa de São Paulo and is currently a consultant in the health insurance at all levels of the chain of patient care. She was Professor. Collaborating Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo, voluntary teacher, from 2001 to 2009, being responsible for the activities of the Department of postgraduate doctoral level, copper vapor laser surgery LIM 26.She was manager in major public projects Hospitals in partnership with philanthropic, as the Project REFORSUS reform the Emergency Room of the Santa Casa of São Paulo and Construction and Administration's initial public Cumbica Hospital.
